I don't really eat salad or anything and especially not vegetables like carrot because I hate them but I made something recently and drowned it in sauce and it was kinda nice.
So I was thinking of cutting out ground beef and chicken from my diet because I've been getting stomach pains lately. And replace them with broad bean, shrimp and tofu. But I can't really call it going vege since I still eat, uh, shrimp, and also fish, meat patties, bacon... But those don't cause any stomach pain for some reason. I don't really know what's the issue, a few times I understand I might have had meat close to expiration date but others I don't know. Honestly it could be partially caused by paranoia or a placebo effect. But I wasn't planning on risking it again because I had the worst stomach pain of my life last weekend.
